We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Do Wonderchef products come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our appliances and cookware come with a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years. You can register your product on our website to activate your warranty.

Is your non-stick cookware PFOA-free?

Absolutely. All Wonderchef non-stick cookware is 100% PFOA-free, ensuring a healthy and safe cooking experience for you and your family.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

How do I track the status of my shipment?
